Wholesale buying, simplified

Wholesale & export questions, answered

Everything US funeral homes and distributors ask before placing a first wholesale order with MemoryNest Supply.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Minimums are deliberately low, mixing categories and finishes freely. We deliberately keep MOQs low so funeral homes and small distributors can test the range before scaling.

How fast can you deliver, and what are your lead times?

In-stock urns ship from our US fulfillment partner in New York and are delivered anywhere in the USA within about 5 days. For made-to-order or new designs, plan on roughly 80 days end-to-end: about 30 days production, 45 days to arrive and stock into our US warehouse, then ~5 days for US delivery. We confirm exact timing on every quote.

Do you offer private-label and OEM branding?

Yes. We engrave your logo, supply custom packaging and inserts, and can produce to your own designs and specs. Many US memorial brands sell our urns entirely under their own label.

Can I order a sample box before committing to a wholesale order?

Yes. We send curated sample boxes so you can assess finish, weight and quality first-hand. Sample cost is credited against your first wholesale order.

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free on every order over $500, anywhere in the USA. Below that we quote actual freight. Expedited 2–3 day delivery is available on in-stock designs for urgent family needs, quoted per order.

How are case packs configured?

Large urns case-pack at 4 per case; keepsakes case-pack at 100 pieces per case. You can still mix categories and finishes within one order — case packs of a single design simply price better per unit.

What happens if an urn arrives with a defect?

Any urn with a finish or engraving defect is replaced free within 30 days — no return freight, no argument. We would rather replace a piece than have it reach a family.

Do you pay for referrals?

Yes. Every account earns a standing $100 credit for each funeral home they refer that places a first order. There is no cap and no expiry on the credit.

What are your payment terms?

New accounts typically start with a deposit and balance before shipment via wire or secure online payment. Established repeat accounts can be set up with negotiated terms.

How do you ensure consistent quality across reorders?

Every batch passes documented QC for finish, capacity, threading and weight against an approved master sample, so your reorders match what your families saw on display.

Are your urns compliant for US use and air travel?

Our urns meet standard US capacity guidelines (approx. 200 cubic inches for adults). We also offer TSA-friendly scattering tubes and temporary urns suitable for transport.
